HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE THE CONDITION OF YOUR BOOKS ?
The following abbreviations concern the condition of the book and are used in descriptions:
AN = As New : book as new.
F = Fine : Book in excellent condition but not absolutely as new.
NF= Near Fine : The book is in great condition, but may have one of several flaws, preventing it from being Fine.
VG = Very Good : The book has imperfections, but is still in good condition.
G = Good: the book is clearly second hand and has faults.
P = Poor : the book can still be read, but is very shabby / damaged.
+ ' and ' - ' refer to above or below the Category.
When double abbreviations are used eg. VG / G the former refers to the book, the latter to the dustwrapper ( d/w )
DO YOU BUY OR EXCHANGE BOOKS FOR STORE CREDIT ?
Yes, customers looking to sell, trade or donate their used English books should go about the following process. First, please send us a list of your books so that we may inform you as to our wish to accept them or not. It is rare for us not to accept books, but due to limited space, we do reject some books that we are overstocked on. Once we have gone over your list, we will e-mail you letting you know what books we are interested in. You can then ship them to us via the post office using their post cash on delivery service (chakubarai) so that we will be able to pay the shipping costs. We offer 15% of the total sale price of the books if you want cash, or we will give you 35% of the sale price if you want credit to be used on our online store.
PLEASE NOTE: CREDIT: If you cannot supply a verification of your credit through past email which we have sent you then we cannot issue the said credit owed. All books bought using 'store credit', the customer pays all shipping costs via Japan Posts cash on delivery system.
DO YOU SHIP TO ANY ADDRESS IN JAPAN ?
Yes, if you have an address anywhere in Japan, then we can get that order out to you.
DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD ?
Yes, we ship all over the globe, you can choose from four delivery methods,
EMS (three to four business days)
Airmail (six~eight days)
SAL (two ~three weeks)
and overland which is definitely the cheapest, but be prepared to wait for months.
